A native of Hattiesburg, Luther Ott is a Priest in the Episcopal Church. From 1997-2002, Luther was Executive Director of Stewpot Community Services. While at Stewpot, he helped transform the nonprofit into a multi-dimensional inter-faith social service agency. Luther practiced law for a number of years and served as the President of the Mississippi Bar Foundation before attending divinity school. He is a graduate of Millsaps College and the University of Mississippi School of Law. Luther and his wife, Janet, have two children, a foster daughter, and seven grandchildren. Jackie Bailey is a lifelong Jacksonian. She and her husband Ricky grew up in South Jackson and now live in Byram. Jackie is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, as are her children, Matthew and Mary Shellie. Jackie joined the Community Foundation staff after retiring from a twenty-seven year career in public accounting, where her client base included a concentration in tax-exempt organizations. Jackie and Ricky attend St. Peter the Apostle Cathedral and regularly volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Jackie loves to garden and travel, especially to the beach. Click here to e-mail Jackie
Jody Fowler has lived in Jackson since 1975. He is a graduate of Mississippi College with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. Jody and his wife, Regina, a veteran investment trader, have two sons, Kyle and Luke. For 20 years, Jody has made his stock and trade the delivery of transparency and accountability in the business processes entrusted to him, one of the few things in life he takes seriously. Jody is passionate about developing useful skills and utilizing critical thinking to further positive communal interests of the tri-county area.
